“Organizational Behavior is the study and application
of knowledge about how people, individuals, and groups act in organizations.
That is, it interprets people-organization relationships in terms of the whole
person, whole group, whole organization, and whole social system. Its purpose
is to build better relationships by achieving human objectives, organizational
objectives, and social objectives”.

The person is a principal factor to all organizations, enterprise
and institutions. The principal factor isn´t technology, isn´t money; It is the
person.
So, never say: “human resources”
The person isn´t a resources, is an human !!! I am a person, I´m
not a resource. Please.
For this reason the subject is HUMAN PSYCHOLOGY
Human Psychology is a science or
study of the thought processes and behavior of humans in their interaction with
the environment.
The
human psychology have some synonyms: PSYCHOLOGY
OF MANAGEMENT. PSYCHOLOGY IN HUMAN RESOURCES (Organizational Psychology).
